We gear up quickly! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    • Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment

  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50) – Via EMS
    • Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Perfect for riders who can wait a little longer for their gear

We engineer our cycling apparel for peak performance, and we stand behind every product we sell. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, our returns process is designed to be as smooth as your pedal stroke.

Key Return Details

  • 15-day window from delivery date
  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached)
  • Original packaging with all accessories
  • Free of odors, stains, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and performance integrity, these items cannot be returned:

  • Baselayers (worn next to skin)
  • Care Products (chemical treatments)
  • Bidon (water bottles)
  • Socks
  • Any item marked as final sale

4-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Request

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) for return
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund/exchange)

2. Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Prepaid return label (US customers)
  • International return instructions

3. Ship Your Return

Pack items securely in original packaging including:

  • Completed return form
  • All original tags and accessories
  • Affix provided label (or follow international instructions)

4. Inspection & Processing

Allow 3-5 business days for processing upon receipt. We’ll email confirmation when complete.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund method depends on your original payment:

  • Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 2-3 business days to your PayPal balance

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

For size exchanges on jerseys, bibshorts, or outerwear:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Specify desired size/color in your email
  • We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return (expedited processing)

International exchanges may require additional shipping fees.
